You may have to sack them and they have fear of it so they may be searching for other job for the those hard times that once you would have seen happening right with your grand pa or father, perhaps someone close as the relatives or the friends.
You do not even want to give them a referral letter of appreciation, awards, Excellency in work medals or participation and representation of your organization that may show how much you love and care for them.
They can be yours for entire life. You can do it and it is very easy, just help them in their personal life and give them attention in a very personal way that no one else can ever give.
You can do it, just make it possible that they are always associated with your business organization.
I am tired. No, efforts are not well planned and all ensure that you fail; you can still manage it even at the times of the worst economic crises that your business organization is facing or may face.
Please, just do it that you win the game for your people and nation so that you may be our ideal. How? Why?

Have you given enough time to find the personal and professional difference as we do the individual differences within the groups? All right, let us continue:
5. They know Personal and Professional Difference: One may read all the books of psychology and philosophy, but the personal and the professional life never differs. What is personal life after all?
You know you have heard it many times to treat others as you wanted to be treated. It is the personal life of all those, who are in contact with you including your staff and the colleagues. They have the families and social life in which they want to have a great image. You can give this identity with the name of your business organization.
You may hire them and pay the best salary, but it has nothing to do with their personal life. Can you buy everything with money?
No, there has not been anyone, who could do it. They work for you and do not feel proud to be associated with your business organization. Have you noticed it or your secretary does not want to lose the job by telling you? Why? They have the personal life and want to tell their family, friends and the society about how valued they are in your business organization.
You know you check regularly that your kids or children get the best possible attention in the schools and the colleges. How angry do you get if they are misbehaved? A lot, you want to replace the teachers and even the school or the principal. Why?
It is your personal life. Your staff wants the same from you in their personal life. Personal, personal…personal, yaw it seems a hectic word when you have the economic crises and the workers ask to increase the salary as their expenditures are increasing. You may deal it professionally or personally. Yaw, you try both.
However, at the end none is satisfied. Why?
Your child needs to pay the fee. You can arrange, but your worker cannot do it. All need personal attention. The professional attention is what they provide to your customers. However, they are not your customers.
You tend to treat as if they are the customers. How many times have you discussed about their personal problems, any seminar, workshop, training and the similar activities.
Yaw, rarely, because they need to promote the sale and the profits so all they get is the professional training. They feel sick of it and keep on changing the companies. It gives a hard hit, a missing pearl in the thread. What is it?
Loss, yours, no; it is of the entire business setup at local, state, national and thus international level.

Let us discuss about the next points adding its business fragrance of coexistence to the previous ones:

They know the Art of Problem Solving: You see they know how to face trouble and solve it rather than presuming that there will be any trouble, and thus they can dare and take the most daring risks: You also take risks, but that is below the prerequisite that gives a sure failure. .Why a sure failure? You ensure it that you fail. How can when ensure to fail?
It is simple, we know that we are fighting for the survival and the strongest one will keep on killing or removing the weaker, and thus the end of the process ensures that even the strongest can become weak at points that are enough to create the failures and we have ensured the failures.
No one can convince that the survival factor with coexistence, the Law of Affinity, is sure way to failure at the end. Can you recall if you have a plan that you are sure to have no competitors left and you are the only one to be the best and thus, all those, who fail should contribute to your success.
No, it is another failure. You have the colleagues and other staff, who are trying to survive, but their contribution is negative. Why?
They do not have any dream, vision or anything that can inspire them. Money and fear can do it to some extent, but these are also for in accordance with the plan that does not fit the philosophy and thus it ensures a failure.
You do not have any plan and competition keeps on moving to the sky. What should be done?
4. They know how to Share Success: Now, you have the idea or the organization that is the team for your success. However, all of them want to be like you to sit on your chair. You may have to think it because they are now the psychological animals, whom you believe that they should obey you and put the spirit in all that they do in the group. So, you realized that their conditioned or the artificial intelligence may not create any trouble. Why not?
How can you ensure it?
What grounds do you have? How long can they be upgraded and or promoted?
They can see you as the boss and know that the chair can be theirs. Why?
They are qualified, aware and talented. So, you created the spiritual technology. You want to teach them all essentials of philosophy in the name of spirituality knowing that loyalty comes from faith and belief, but it is not that easy. It is the morphine used for making them feel that if they have ego, they may not remain the philosophical animals.
They know it; most of the corruption in the world is going on in the name of religion and spirituality. Why?
All want to ensure that one becomes a philosopher and thus should give up all world needs and attachments. How difficult is it? If you as the master mind cannot give up how others can give up their ego.
You are making a fool of your self. You are not setting any example for them to follow and find the great people from the history books and want to train them to follow them, so that they should be loyal to you. It is a sure way to big failure.
They do read and understand, but they are looking at you as the ideal as well because you are alive and their ideal leader.
So, what should be done?

We do we fail is not because we lack ability, capability or anything that determines the prerequisites of any work. We tend to believe that we have something missing. What the successful people do?
Do they have all the abilities, no, why, because it is not the prerequisite as many people, who fail in their business happen to believe. What is that the successful people never do that makes them never fail. Let us discuss it point wise:
2. They have a plan: Do you have a plan? No, what you call a plan is not a plan. It is something that you want to achieve. The fox wants to achieve something, and when it finds the prey it has a plan. The cat has a plan.
All animals plan. Well, you do not believe in such points because you are superior to animals. However, the planning is a psychological and thus the animals are the best psychologist. How they manage the jungle with so many animals, birds, plants, trees and other living things in it and we the humans cannot manage even the humans?
Why do not why understand other fellow humans. We do not have any plan. We have wishes. Now, the animals are programmed and thus have a plan of reaction and action, so we try to follow it, but fail. Why, is it of poor quality? No, the reason is that we are the philosophical animal.
We need psychology for the lower mind and at higher mind, we always need philosophy. When we go for the artificial intelligence we are making the philosophic animals a psychological animal and their behavior modifications are nothing more than the conditioning for action and reaction.
We are thus heading towards a global failure in business. Why, the simple reason is that psychology does not have visions, it fulfills the needs that are for survival and the philosophical bonds are broken and thus the human world goes worse the animal kingdom and thus the natural world.

Some Major Resolutions 4 Handling the Obstacles in Resolving the Economic Crisis Conflicts and Unemployment 4 Future Generations-XV
Yaw, what we believe to be the best for our kids may turn out to be useless as our parent’s property, possessions and the table, the study table is now useless.
We are thus, doing mind petting works that we want to be recognized as the compassion and care, at the time when these are noting more than seeking sympathy from others with some praise and the common sentence that we enjoy the most in the old age:
“My children don’t care for me anymore; alas I did everything for them,”
“How and why,”
Mind wants to know how and why.
We gave them toys. In childhood it was the toy cars, then real cars and buildings and they are doing the same thing. What? The magazine may still be on the floor. All right, now you have picked it up.
So, you have done a work that ONLY you can do. Why? Help yourself and see that you can be the agent of BUTTERFLY EFFECT. Agent?
It sounds bad because one does not get any commissions or salary in doing work for self, home and nature. Yaw, we have to discuss it, but my magazine…..no, no, my tea is getting cold.
I do not want to waste heat energy to boil it again.
So, I have to pick it up. You know when we drink water, tea or coffee we feel the mind control because if I drink it no one else can feel the taste and the satisfaction that I do. Wait!
The ones, whom I thank for making it enjoy more than me, they see me smiling. Let us share this wealth of appreciation with others, the charm of smile with saying, “Thank You!”

You may be busy in reading because you know anything can be done later on. They magazine can stay there for weeks, but how important the task in hand is.
Still, you do not want to use mastery over your mind.
So, never ever blame your boss, authorities, governments and anyone else because they are busy as you are. You are just like a magazine, which is there and will be picked when they can AFFORD to think about you as you cannot AFFORD to handle your own possessions because one may love the worth of possessions without realizing the real worth.
It is nothing, but the selling worth of anything that you or we or both possess. What, should it named? All right, let us label it as the luxury of mind, but not the mastery because it makes one to indulge in the possession prostitution. What, non sense. Did you find it funny or get furious? Smile please!
When you enjoy your possessions including your body, but what in return do you have to give it?
Yaw, you can sell it and abuse in the mental luxury about the worth of possessions.
Ask the table that your poor father bought for you. It speaks, yaw the table speaks as our memories do, is not it. Gosh, so happy I was when my father bought it and my study room received it but now.
Now, it seems old and useless and thus one has killed the feelings of parents just to show the ignorance that one will be treated in the same way in the future.

“I don’t care because I don’t understand it,”
“Well, it’s normal, let me ask someone, who cares,”
Again the last sentence is the voice of conscience trying to follow those, who are mentally healthy because healthy mind follows the patterns, the footprints of great people. What did it says GREAT PEOPLE! Who are they?
They are not from the books of history. Look around where you are sitting. Do not move! Do not be a statue either. Am I dictating or trying to condition, hypnotize or mesmerize as many people do to grab your attention to make you firstly great and then a slave.
Yaw, the salves of knowledge are ones, who claim to be the masters of knowledge. So, let us not follow them.
We become great by following the footprints. All right, can you create a road to travel for your own use when there is a road that is already there? What a foolish question. Well, we do it and mostly do when we try to be different.
This trying to be different has great energy and power, but it is the powerhouse that you do not govern. Who governs it then?
Those, who know how to use the physical, emotional and intellectual powers of others, use it to make you different and thus great. A name, fame and money that maddens so how one can claim that one has control over mind.
The great leaders, dictators and politicians may seem very famous and popular, but they control others, while they may not have any control over their own minds.
Alas! It results in not doing what one wants for oneself. The wars, violence, terrorism, and to great extremes the genocide, hatred and racism also come out of the brain that one do not have control.
So, can you control your mind? All right, you can, but you want to be master of it not salve because your conscience knows that who try to hide their weakness in the name of human nature know that it pleases all and thus is a way to condition with such an ease that anybody doing any wrong needs just one statement-it is natural for us, the humans.

Again the last sentence is the voice of conscience trying to follow those, who are mentally healthy because healthy mind follows the patterns, the footprints of great people. What did it says GREAT PEOPLE! Who are they?
They are not from the books of history. Look around where you are sitting. Do not move! Do not be a statue either. Am I dictating or trying to condition, hypnotize or mesmerize as many people do to grab your attention to make you firstly great and then a slave.

Well, we cannot assume that anything in the body can work for the best possible without the support of any organ or part of the body. So, we start for the wellness of our complete body, not just in and for parts of it.
This attitude, the right attitude of the wellness for the entire body can keep us healthy, otherwise just going to beauty parlor may be for some satisfaction as if to hide that we are not well managed. The animals, birds, trees and the plants do not need the beauticians.

1. Wellness for all: What the wellness for all about is the concept that we clean our room without making big declarations, resolutions and mottos for others. The best possible thoughts, ideas and planning are available in the world. However, it is not possible for us to accept that these can be ours. We can say it belongs to earth, nature or even the natural world.
However, our attitude towards others that has good intentions gives us the character and self-development, which is not possible if we do not think good for other. The most common point is that we assume that others may have selfish motives. It is easy and may be perfectly right. Then what?
They do not have the example setters and all wait to prove that they are good. This proving is very easy and anyone can do it. We notice that the entire life in the natural world exhibits our sick and anti-natural or unnatural thoughts, ideas and attitude.
We are so addict to it that we accept it normal because we are sick, no worse than that, you see we are getting the apathetic towards it, the lack of compassion that is the essence of self-development.
So, our efforts are for great success that is hidden as if an ambition that do not allow us to believe others, but keep petting the self-assumption that we are good.
We can assume anything, one can assume good, best and what else to say some think they are the Messiahs, whom people do not recognize and all of it is mental sickness that self-wellness.
The concept of Wellness is not showing mercy, but has compassion in action not just in assumptions that we have it without practicing. What happens if we practice it?
2. Self-development: We talk a lot about the self-development and it mostly ends up in the personality developments. We assume that because in our circle of friends or colleagues all say that we have a brilliant personality, so it axiomatically leads to self-development. Is it right attitude?
No, it is as false as one believes about having covered displacement for thousands of miles to convince that it is not distance, but displacement.
The self-development is the displacement, not the distance that personality development covers with some hotch potch or hi fi activities and works that others recognize and thus we assume it as if a PROOF for the self-development.
We are where we were, and thus no self-development. You know your boss wants to see your displacements not the distance. Gosh, you have recalled something. When we were in the schools, teachers used to check our uniform and all other associated factors like etiquette, manners and behavior.
Now, can we imagine that if we fail in the exams, our personality can make us pass? No way, and let us not try to use hook and crook for it. Please, let us do our home work to pass not just proving that we are intelligent.
We need it for everything for our jobs, employments, personal or home based business and all that from which we earn. Why earn when we have very good personality and feel and believe that it is our self-development?
3. Earning: What is earning after all? Is it collecting money? No. our assumptions about earning are as wrong as our self-development. We believe that if we have lots of money, we are earners.
You see it is the same mistake as for personality development. Have we ever noticed if our earning and thus money works for us?
No, mostly we count how much we earn and or owe. It is not earning. Do you remember that in the schools and the colleges we earn grades? Are these grades not our earning, No, why, because we assume that money is the only thing that can prove that we earn. How poor we are!
You see some student participate in sports and others in many other co-curricular activities. They have more chances to prove that they are superior to us. We notice that a student, who has passed the grade 10, can compete with the student, who has passed BCA or MCA.
If you have studied any higher degree, please do not get annoyed because the owner of the company may be a student, who failed in the primary school, but became a great businessman. Thus at this complex situation, who is earning more-The boss, the 10th passed or the one with the higher degree in the computer engineering?

Do you enjoy your job? Do you get the job satisfaction? Do you want to quit your job because someone is paying you the better salary and the packages?
All right, you believe that it is ABSOLUTELY the best option on earth, but never ever says that life lacks the joy to the FULLEST when you were working in the home business.
You have cheated the business and enterprise that has broken down just because other competitors wanted to seduce your desire. Yaw, if you want money anyone can buy you.
So, you are sold and now you have money, but no respect, is it the self-development. You may assume because all those, who need benefits and advantages from you, admire you, parse and claim that you are simply the best, is not it.

Many may say that someone is having better self-development than we have. We throw money and use power to prove that it is not so. We have the false notion of personality development as the outer look.
However it has harmed us because the most talented ones never worry about these monkey play of personality without making any contribution to fellow countrymen, nation and thus to the world.
It has thus, given birth to people, who believe that everything is possible with money and anyone can be bought or sold because all money minded people want to sell themselves or buy anyone.
It is the poverty that we are facing right now. The people, who can do many things can do nothing because we have no respect for self-development and personality is the monkey’s paw that is playing the game in our homes, professions, business and wherever the human ethics and value system try to prove that 1% displacement worth 150% of distance.
Let us try to find self-development so that we may stop the intellectual prostitution that is harming us, though in return we have high IQ, but the lost EQ for which we tend to substitute the Spiritual Quotient, the prostitution at the soul level. Now, we understand that intellectual prostitution is unlike the physical, but worse than it.
You see the physical one uses body, but imagine someone selling the best within the intellect for sale; it harms emotions as if an abused one suffers for entire life. That is why the intellectual prostitution or prostitution at the intellectual level is worse than the physical.
Moreover, there cannot be worst than at the spiritual level as it not only kills the conscience, not exactly kills, but silences it with highest use of ego for others that appears as if one is an angel, prophet or an enlightened one.
This soul prostitution is such a crime for which the globally economy has gone astray as there are no ethics and value systems that one can follow except that one is loyal as a disciple. Can we think, imagine and try to resolve this conflict and crime of soul abuse as if enslaved for intellectual, emotional and in some cases physical abuse and thus prostitution.
In Indian Thoughts, Philosophy and Wisdom the use of any possession for pleasure only is known and called BHOG (the BHOGA) and using the possessions for best use or as utility is the YOG (the YOGA). Thus, the word prostitution as compared to Bhoga is so ignorant that it is considered as same to the way that the animals use because they use it for meeting the needs of eating, living and enjoying without thinking about how to possess, progress, think and utilize it for future.
Thus, the psychologically is the lower level of living standards, the higher level is the philosophical that we, the humans understand and follow. Thus this Philosophy is the real spiritualism and thus the Yoga. The Yoga is our communication with the nature and the Bhoga is simply using the nature as the animals do.
We, however understand that the animals are what we love and care for. So, that factor shows our psychology and philosophy has a need of great discerning power that we cannot get without understanding the use of energies and powers present in the universe. The Reiki gives the best insight to understand that the Yoga gives the best vibrations. Why?

Let us pray that we find these cynical scientists and technologists using brain or intellectual bhoga, the lust of knowledge knowing that God does not like pride as we the humans do not like, even nature or the natural world does not like it.
So, let us have some common sense and leave the world to enjoy the best art of invisible and silence that is present in the feelings, compassion, sensitivity and the creative communication as if the joy of deep sleep that we have in the early morning releasing the theta and delta rays.
Please let it be natural otherwise economy of nature will have no way, but to demolish life on earth. Let us try together not have such technological advancements that are against the real world, which we do not want to face and heading towards the Virtual World.
The GRACE is thus the Universal Powers and Energies working in accordance with the Theory of Relativity, in which actions and deserving (to be the best receiver of these energies and the powers) does not count and thus so called spiritual technology is just manipulation of world religions, faiths and beliefs for more money and thus greed that only some people breed and they are now the modern gurus.
Let us have them serving others without money and see for how long they can do it. They cannot do it because they cannot be like Mother Teresa, though they show her as their ideal. Let us seek and hope and it makes a difference, a change that we all need Thanks and we will continue!

Some Major Resolutions 4 Handling the Obstacles in Resolving the Economic Crisis Conflicts and Unemployment 4 Future Generations-IX
You see the child is not a common, but, I must torture you again because when I find readers like you, you do not seem a fool only, but also among all jokers of the world, who want to please others for their temporary appreciation for offering care, so much care that they cannot digest and vomit blaming all as interference.
Have you ever faced it that they, the ones for whom you care the most give you freely all that they give to all jokers, including me as you should not be alone to laugh at it? No, please think again!
All right, you do not want to blame anyone because you care, but for health care shed tears as others do not care for you the way you do.
Yaw, it is all right for you. Keep it up and make Hope and Faith the guide that can come from within, yaw you already have it, otherwise reading it would have clicked to some other article, is not it.
Smile, yaw, that is it, the Smile of Hope that never fades and increases at every moment of life strengthening Faith, is not it.

Some Major Resolutions 4 Handling the Obstacles in Resolving the Economic Crisis Conflicts and Unemployment 4 Future Generations-VIII
You are never alone in anything that is for others, why, feel lonely, frustrated, tired, rejected, misunderstood, ignored, misused, misguided, cheating….when there are many synonymous words that can give you comfort so get the Oxford Dictionary and mark all words that apply to you in this way.
It helps to know that it is the cost of what you dream and want for others. The selfish people never face these words disturbing them, so funny, but you bother and care so these are your friends helping to realize that the common people are the best, as the angles are humble and compassionate as the children are.
See this child is talking to an angel, about how poor and helpless this child is feeling about what he lacks, (I wish I could help him, but together we can help him as he is in great need!), as some of us are:
“IT IS DIFFICULT"
"I want to know aim of your life,” he asked a child.
"If you know aim of my life, what you will get?” the child was not interested in him.
I'll help you in every possible way to improve you in every direction,” he said to the child.
"Who are you?” the child asked him.
"I'm an angel,” the angel replied.
"My aim is to live a peaceful life,” the child said.
"I’m surprised, don’t you want to be something?” the angel asked.
"I want to be a human being,” the child replied.
"But you're a human being. Why do you say that you want to be a human being? Please tell me,” the angel was anxious to know.
"I'm told that what should be done, if I do I'm told how to do, if I do as told I'm asked why I obeyed blindly, if I obey in my own way, I'm asked why do not I tell why I obey in my own way. In addition, this if does not leave me as I am; I feel quenched by everyone except the wise ones. I do not like it. I do not feel I am a human being. I have the feeling that I lack the qualities and virtues of tolerance of being a human. Please tell me how I can become a human being?” the child asked.
“...,” the angel was silent; two drops of wisdom came out of his eyes.
"Please do not forget that it is easy to be an angel but difficult to be a human. Never forget that it is also very easy to be inhuman but difficulties are like milestones for making of a human. Never forget that you're a human and it will help you to become what you want to be,” the angel smiled.
Both were looking alike. The angel left his child after telling him the stories of great humans with the hope and wish that the child will be what he wanted to one day.
Daily Moral Insight for a Peaceful Times Ahead-A Ray of Hope with Faith:
Is not it a great insight to know or have an aim of life?
Is not it a beauty of aim that it is source of peaceful life?
Is not it the best aim to be a human being letting all other aims to support it?
Is not it a great help to let each and everyone live like a human; without letting his or her originality quenched by any means?
Is not it a most powerful tonic to remember that we are humans?

Kindly avoid this point, the point of negativity that all books of the category about How to Think Positive have to make you so strong that one cannot bend, but breaks. Rather, we need HOPE that only the FAITH can give, not the so called Positive Thinking and Confidence, which usually go OVER because the positive thinking can boost the confidence, but HOPE is different and such a difference it has that it is the highest level of idealism that among all worst kind of problems and crises and whatever negative we face, it never fails. Why?
We desire when we have positive thinking and confidence and usually get it, but with HOPE we SEEK. Nature and the Natural World supports us if we SEEK with HOPE, not try to WIN, with bookish knowledge about How to Win libraries of books and other materials that cannot give us the ideal that we have to gift to our next generations and that is HOPE.
You see seeking gives everything and HOPE is the trust that can move the mountains, while changing the directions of rivers and thus making criminals saints and saints a servants for all, not the so called spirituals, who pet their selfish motive to pursue with their confidence.
So, here we are with HOPE that we seek and get.What?

Adding to future is not subtraction from past. Let us we all tease you, a torture that you need so that ambition does not blur or fog your visions, simplicity and clarity of mind, though, idea and emotion has poetical publicity. nowadays we have lesser poets and thinker. We process knowledge and believe that we are thinkers, but it is not good for attaining the level of icon, the highest level that emerges as river into the sea making one a legend. We learn to be legend and to start it we live as if a legend because it does not cost anything, but our attitude. Let us read how and why:

He could not accept the advice from the intelligent friend because his friend always believed that to be an intelligent means everything.
They both went to meet an old man of 90 years. He told them about simplicity, the secret of wisdom:

Whatever we need to write for the blogs and the various websites should not be ready made material. It may give the sense of trying to be good for nothing because if there is not enough details in the article or factoid, we can hear our conscience as a reader. It may guide with the wonderful words and thus the compliments and the comments of appreciation,
“My Dear Friend, I thank you by heart for your appreciation, but…to be honest I regret at the same time that you are dealing to in some other way that can give the popularity and appreciation-that all seek.”
I am sure you are not just after name, fame and money. If you can work sincerely, which you assume that what you are doing, but in my opinion it is devotion and dedication, not the sincerity of work.
You may have been working in many projects and also a trainer along with a well established life coach. So, when we are a teacher or a coach, learning becomes difficult. Thus, and so we always assume that we are children to learn like a child, however we are not at all childish. We simply assume that we know nothing. Why?
The reason is that if we have the best available knowledge and all, and may be of the entire universe or nature and or the creation, it is always too much because this drop is too much and we keep it safe in our eyes.
However, this drop of sea is nothing if we know that what we do not know is as big as sea and perhaps the sea is a very small as compared to what we do not know. So, kindly let us be foolish in heart.

When we all are struggling globally about the economic crises and conflicts, we may better try to find some options that need our surrender of ego. We usually enslave our selves in the name of spirituality and it is the last resource that we have now.
If we fail in it, nothing can save anything because it seems that doubt is replacing faith, and the ego is refined as the most critical state of mind that cannot give voice of conscience heard even by ourselves.
Do we still want to take this risk?
We seem to take the risk to the highest possible and thus the spirituality has become almost a term to make flowers and the loyal devotees, who serve as the disciples do with surrender of ego.
We can listen to our conscience and find that all of it is done both with the psychological ways of conditioning and the scientific way of behavior modification so that one gives up the ego for someone or a group, but what exactly do we need right now?
We have to accept that ego is originally a selfless state of mind that is philanthropic, but our target seems to earn. We never seem satisfied with service and the need that are fulfilled, but the high aims of name, fame and money and thus a kind of luxury that the followers or the disciples offer to us. It is a matter of shame at such a crucial time, when we all are suffering to the worst possible.
We seem to look at all possible means to use the faiths and belief to use it as a tool. Alas! We are failing all the to recognize the real worth of all human treasures, and rush to go for little gains that can never last for long.
We now continue our efforts together as if needs of all for all and from all, while getting the all services from the selfless natural world in which we live and want survive. It is not matter of praise or getting distinction if people admire our works.
All scholars and the university toppers enjoy it throughout their life. I must restate it humbly that I am representing a research work that needs a practical approach.

Some Major Resolutions that can Overcome the Obstacles in Resolving the Economic Crisis Conflicts and Unemployment 4 the Global Stability 4 Future-II
It needs an Anti-Corruption Bill (with same as Anti-Terrorism) as for Employments as it is for Global Pollution. In this regard the parallel point that needs the most urgent call from the UNO and the Governments is to DECLARE the GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS as worse than GLOBAL EPIDEMICS as it is not just AIDS, HIV, BIRD FLU, SWINE FLU, but all that is evolving from the global pollution, the worst of the epidemic for which mostly we, the humans are responsible.
It appears that most of the pharmaceutical in corruption get the global sale of the medicines for epidemic whether these are used or not. The world community offers huge donations for it and the public is paying so much that one day we may not have funds as the same is going to COMBAT TERRORISM and thus national and the international security. Even the world is having lots of funds going for defense that cannot be source of income for public, but all pay for it as the citizens.
Not only these funds for literacy and illiteracy are moving around the world, when we are having no practical work to earn. Though, some mega companies and the manufactures can earn a lot. It simply means that the global funds are going for us without producing any source of earning.
The heavy deaths of humans are not just the deal, millions of members of the natural world are dying from the most powerful weapon of pollution and this extinction is multiplying daily and may cause our fossils saved on MOON and MARS in the laboratories to save us from the 2012 and onward events with scientific mania that we will have a new era and new age with NEW WORLD ORDER in the very near future.

What we have expressed about the Moon and Mars is fantasy and the real thing is that with the help of Artificial Intelligence and the Cloning system for all kinds and forms of life and thus the food chain and human life can be sustained even if the earth makes rotations for several times as the discussions are gong on the 2012 events.
It may make the artificial life possible to exist. The Major Obstacles in Resolving the Economic Crisis and Conflicts for the Personal, Local, National and Global Research, Development and Welfare-V
Done to last! Our next and the remaining major points about the economic crises and conflicts shout at us for resolution, so let us get, set and go for it:
6. Do you believe or it appears to you that economic crisis may lead to the worst kind of conflicts that world have ever faced, including treachery, scams, frauds and the list that has no intention to be worthy of mentioning because we all are victim if it?
The crime is budding in the form of finding the easy solution so that everything runs without humans working. So, more of the businesses are getting lesser labor. Now, we need a punch. Why the technology is offering labor a replacement with machines?
It is such an inhuman crime that all other crimes are just shadow of it. Even then there are solutions.
All online works offer the JOB KILLER options that mean the computers and the machines that can work 24 hours, 7 days a week and 52 weeks of years is our temporary relief as we are having everything to relieve the fever with strong pills and thus weakness.
We may grow and manufacture everything without even the touch of human hands. This is technique, skill, talent and mastery. However, the crime is the use of the same for selfish motives. Even then….yaw, there are solutions.

Are you rich and well established, who have secure future, but feel that next your generations may not have ability to handle the global problems that arise from economic crises and conflicts, and thus may be searching for the most dedicated, devoted and loyal workers, who in future may leave or cheat you for one reason or the other?
The robots are the most obedient and it is possible to make it do any work. However, the dependency is slavery. If we have nothing working even for a day, just imagine the entire space and global systems will collapse leaving no option to recover for ages. We happen to pet a false hope that we have everything universe proof, that means even the universe or the sky cannot touch.
We are so sure of perfect world order-the NEW WORLD ORDER that our aims have no limit and we all are conditioned to enjoy it. We are crushing the fossils of evolution in the human brain by ignoring the experience that we have and are trying to transfer everything to the supercomputers that are now working as our master, and if they fail us all fail.
This condition is such one of the big RISKS that only the over confident can dream. Even then….yaw, you are right, we have solution. We happen to believe that neutrons and protons can save us.
A child (not my grandson though!) studies that a proton cannot be pushed with a proton even if the pressure of the universe is put up on it, so we are moving the universe for higher dimension to check it. Whether it can give a huge success or fails, our labor is dead and we are having no pause, wait and let us find solutions because even at such crises there can be countless conflicts, but solution come first, not the problem.

Are you well established, who is looking for the technological development that can make your workers not able to stop cheating you now and or in future with such an advance level technology that there may not ever seem possibility of any crime, violence, troubles in relationships and the national security and defense helping in your personal matters to save you from all dangers?
We want to have the most stable, reliable and perfect system and thus worry about it. Our worries to maintain it will be so high that we may not be able even to imagine. Why? The layman says that supercomputers may fail, but scientists may claim that all are having the self-running computers. If we make the business so safe that everything goes as we wish, we cannot make irregularities and chaos absent because it is not natural.
Now, we also have two groups and one supports that nature can manage everything, and the other says that the humans can damage anything. Both are right. Now, what is the security?
We cannot stop the natural processes just by becoming the machines or not relying on the machines. However, we have already entered into this insecure phase. Even then, yaw….you are right…there are solutions.

If you are so established and so secure and never believe that the science and technology may never fail, can you assure that the developers of these equipments for security and stability of all kinds can always remain deadly honest as the most ideal people with highest level of human standards of life, ethics and value system. They are also humans, so can they be perfect and even if they are the robots and the system fails can anyone handle it?
We can have perfect supercomputer, but the virus is not alien that needs to hide. It can invade and destroy the entire global and space systems within seconds.
Thus, we all are practically illiterate and uneducated in the absence of scientific and technological equipments.
Even the aliens can fail, who claims to be perfect as our confidence says. However, even then it is not….yaw, not too late. We can have solutions.

Now, the highest level and mechanism is working in the natural world, which works as if everything that exists in it is well threaded and does not need any control. However, our business, jobs and source and thus the resources of earning are facing the economic crises and the conflicts that we need to resolve for our business and all that makes mare go. It is great work and your success if for all, when you are serving the entire society with your services. However, you may be afraid of failures and all that results from the economic crises and conflicts. However, you can easily handle and mange it for future stability in your business.
Just focus about why there is a fear of failure. It is because you are competing with so many businesses that your vehicle is on the crowded way. The best way is not investing your entire wealth to save it.
Never ever commit that mistake of loans and trying to save the funds-guarding money with money. Kindly go through all the points to understand what it means.
2. Are your corporations and or organization in danger from the economic crises?
You may develop in your region and areas of locality and even at the national levels. However, the possibilities that international market can allow anyone to survive is a wrong notion.
However, there is no problem. The aim to be a global marketer can make anyone go beyond the consideration of future. So, you may try to associate with the international and big companies, while slowly going down as to become a trader and or manufacturer that have no option, but to stop the local labor and market to have anything to save you.

Why? Greed and need. You ignored your workers and now we all are paying for it. What should be done now?
3. Is your job safe?
Now, even after becoming an associate with the global market, you are merely having a job and others that work in your business and or any kind of source of earning as your colleagues just the labor class and thus there may not be any position for you as you have no competition with the advancements in the science and technology. If you can have any income that may seem huge, can it increase the rate of currency in your country?
If you have all manufacturing in your country as the global head of the market, and you are dreaming to be the patent manufacture, even then the cost of shipping is nothing more than smuggling. Never mind the language. The shipping, handling, managing and everything that runs the business cannot be handled by the robots or any space control.
Just imagine can you transport water all around the world with cheap rates? Can you grow anything that can be distributed around the world with cheap rates and of high quality?
If it is true you are creating pollution and diseases that cannot have any cure in future. Perhaps fixing the holes in the ozone layers can create some jobs. Well, even then do not worry.
4. Are you employing people or workers and have to sack?
You see misuse of labor class is the highest crime present on the planet as the present labor is in the worse conditions than the slaves because even if they can have food and shelter they cannot have anything pollution free and it can make them commit their lives as useless.
However, you can save them as well as your business. It is not too late even now.
5. If you are doing any job, are you in danger of losing your job?
Now, all need work and if anyone is even the boss is doing the job. Suppose, you become the head of the world market, you are still doing a job. You can have many people better than you and cleaver enough to make you quit or resign.
You may sack as many people as you want to, but can you assure you job secure. No way, there is always a turn in the wheel and no one can be world stabilizer as if the best head. There are many better as we progress, the next generation has so many advancements that we cannot ever dream of it.
We may program computers with best possible, but it is always a little bit of what we can ever conceive. Our little knowledge is working against us because we are dealing with it as if a mother deals with her child because she has conceived it. Does the child always treat her as a child, it is not possible.

Well, it is true with all no matter where one is doing any kind of business; the competition ultimately leads to one company dream that makes all to work as associates. The millions of workers and the specialists may go without any work if you believe that your giving up is the solution.
You are simply the victim of wrong concept and process of globalization, which aims to make the people customers and you as the big company is just a buyer or the group of customers, who do not want to work together. Why? Greed and need. You ignored your workers and now we all are paying for it. What should be done now?
3. Is your job safe?
Now, even after becoming an associate with the global market, you are merely having a job and others that work in your business and or any kind of source of earning as your colleagues just the labor class and thus there may not be any position for you as you have no competition with the advancements in the science and technology. If you can have any income that may seem huge, can it increase the rate of currency in your country?
If you have all manufacturing in your country as the global head of the market, and you are dreaming to be the patent manufacture, even then the cost of shipping is nothing more than smuggling. Never mind the language. The shipping, handling, managing and everything that runs the business cannot be handled by the robots or any space control.
Just imagine can you transport water all around the world with cheap rates? Can you grow anything that can be distributed around the world with cheap rates and of high quality?
If it is true you are creating pollution and diseases that cannot have any cure in future. Perhaps fixing the holes in the ozone layers can create some jobs. Well, even then do not worry.
4. Are you employing people or workers and have to sack?
You see misuse of labor class is the highest crime present on the planet as the present labor is in the worse conditions than the slaves because even if they can have food and shelter they cannot have anything pollution free and it can make them commit their lives as useless.
However, you can save them as well as your business. It is not too late even now.
5. If you are doing any job, are you in danger of losing your job?
Now, all need work and if anyone is even the boss is doing the job. Suppose, you become the head of the world market, you are still doing a job. You can have many people better than you and cleaver enough to make you quit or resign.
You may sack as many people as you want to, but can you assure you job secure. No way, there is always a turn in the wheel and no one can be world stabilizer as if the best head. There are many better as we progress, the next generation has so many advancements that we cannot ever dream of it.
We may program computers with best possible, but it is always a little bit of what we can ever conceive. Our little knowledge is working against us because we are dealing with it as if a mother deals with her child because she has conceived it. Does the child always treat her as a child, it is not possible.
You are trying to make it sure, which is impossible. However, even then it is still possible and we can have a solution. We will keep moving in the next article. Thanks!

The Major Obstacles in Resolving the Economic Crisis and Conflicts for the Personal, Local, National and Global Research, Development and Welfare-III
We have troubles in maintaining our jobs and sources of earning along with resources that may keep all of it out of crises and the conflicts that are threat to our personal, national and international economy. It is thus leading to economic conflicts that can deform the modern civilization and the natural world for a long time to come as it is totally different from the so elaborated Economic Crises in USA in 1931.
In my opinion, which is same as anyone handling it, the economic crises and conflicts have, and it is also because as now it includes the small companies, business, industries, self-employment, home based business and so on up to the international level of business and market-the global epidemic.
These economic deficiency epidemics cannot be handled with pills or weapons because almost all of the economic oriented crises, conflicts crime and all that is making life extremely difficult in our daily struggle to save for the weeks and the months to keep the personal, national and the international Fiscal Years stable. The stability is a weak factor because it is a clear indication that development has got the Flu of retardation, which we may not handle without accepting that it is a problem.
You see we read, listen and view on radio, TV, internet and all other forms of information technology and thus the Mass Media that the most of the companies are closing due to economic crisis and we have to think about it because our children need solution from us.
They will be working in these companies. The economic crises are creating crime that our governments and the other social and the official bodies cannot handle. You have to focus on these points:
1. Do you run a business?
2. Are your corporations and or organization in danger from the economic crises?
3. Is your job safe?
4. Are you employing people or workers and have to sack?
5. If you are doing any job, are you in danger of losing your job?
6. Do you believe or it appears to you that economic crisis may lead to the worst kind of conflicts that world have ever faced, including treachery, scams, frauds and the list that has no intention to be worthy of mentioning because we all are victim if it?
7. Are you rich and well established, who have secure future, but feel that next your generations may not have ability to handle the global problems that arise from economic crises and conflicts, and thus may be searching for the most dedicated, devoted and loyal workers, who in future may leave or cheat you for one reason or the other?
8. Are you well established, who is looking for the technological development that can make your workers not able to stop cheating you now and or in future with such an advance level technology that there may not ever seem possibility of any crime, violence, troubles in relationships and the national security and defense helping in your personal matters to save you from all dangers?
9. If you are so established and so secure and never believe that the science and technology may never fail, can you assure that the developers of these equipments for security and stability of all kinds can always remain deadly honest as the most ideal people with highest level of human standards of life, ethics and value system. They are also humans, so can they be perfect and even if they are the robots and the system fails can anyone handle it?
10. Can science and technology save natural world?
Now the last question is the end of all questions that we can raise for the natural life, particularly on our earth.

So, here we are again. You see when we read India it is not just a country. Similarly, the other countries were present even before human were born, as they land was formed before the divisors of it turned into nations and other divisions.
Thus, the people in India, the citizens of Indus Valley, near and on the Himalayas have special role in the human civilization in context to the natural world, not the technology and other forms that may give more problems and the crisis and thus the economic conflicts. Thus, anyone, who wants to serve preserves and thus save nature, does have any special nationality or identification.
It is the human duty because we have needs that we fulfill and our duty is not any gratitude because it is basically nature that is serving us not we. We use nature to serve one another. So, we need to humble our selves so that we may understand the importance of nature and the natural world.
This humbling is not humiliation rather giving up the ego centric behavior and thoughts towards our own survival, while ignoring the existence of life on earth. Thus the people in any countries, who follow the natural ways of life, have always kept the natural world and thus nature as the most sacred.
The sacred means the precious, the pollution free. Thus, it is the natural process of making everything so precious that life in any form on earth and also in the universe, the broad world of nature, the natural world have meaning for us in our thoughts and feelings not just in trading and the other business dealings. Let us avoid to be products and trying to make everything a product.

Mostly we have the discussions of nations and continents, but the common people and communities make the difference that we need as a social change. It is for economic evolution not the New World Order in the name of Global Revolutions and or the Reformations. Why? The reason is simple.
Nature does not follow the revolutions; it always follows the process of evolution because it is in harmony with nature and thus the natural world. Why do we have the economic crisis and conflicts, even while we are following the globalization? It is simply because we do not have the Theory of Social Relativity and trying to create a common frame of reference in all nations.
Thus, it suppresses all that nature wants to give us. We seem to make everything so embedded that our human civilization is nature proofed. In other words, the technology has blocked the human interactions with nature. Thus, our discussion is about resolving the economic conflicts with natural resources and economy and its use, management, distribution and other factors that can stabilize the entire natural world.
We mostly imagine about humans when we use the term global or globalization, even the other words like, society, world, humanity and the synonymous have no inclusion of the natural world. We exclude the natural treasures in the form of air, water, fire, solid and space.
Moreover, the animals, plants, birds and thus all living ones are also not present in the human vocabulary of human civilization and thus the world. Even the words, solar system, galaxy, universes and whoever we claim to explore in future do not have the most economical life forms that are present in the natural world.
We happen to take granted that everything is for us, the humans. Thus the crisis and the conflicts that are related with the economy cannot have any meaning and sense if we ignore the natural world. Now, we will use word India in terms of the INDUS VALLEY, the HUMAN CIVILIZATION in the most natural forms.
Alas! Even though, the Indian people are heading towards the sweets, junk foods and so many other processed ones that are really harmful, but no one can stop it because they are not proud of Indian Natural Way of Living, while blindly copying and imitating the modern ways that is western as they say, but people in the west do not follow it. Only they, the westerners are blamed for deformations, which the EAST is doing blindly wasting money at the cost of health and wasting the savings can solve the national and international problems.
The junk foods like the sweets, sugar and other disease creating processed foods consume, money, health and above all the more ignorance spreading in the present generations about the natural health care that India has inherited from ages as described in the Ayurveda that states that we can save our economy by being naturally rich.
It is thus a movements that also ignores the importance of home made foods and all that the Indian and the thus the most of Easterners earn go to the cold stores and other junk stores as money depositing to be distributed for medical treatments and unhealthy life style, which is mostly popular as modern life style, though it is not at all scientific or natural in theory and practice. So, let us think as in dedication to what we have and what we need for our better future to avoid the economic crises and conflicts. Thanks!

Meanwhile, I am also writing about it in my writings and the blogs expressing that it is causing poor people suffer all around the world in all countries as only some people are earning with hold on the global economy and they are using this technology and other scientific developments to have more for themselves, while the humans and the natural world is suffering to what we have never imagined.
The suffering in the developed countries is too high as they have not faced it before, while the third world countries are used to it. The western people seem to torture one another, the extremes are just applied to them are justified with giving the dose of artificial and virtual joys, which are harmful than the drugs that can never have such a horrible brain and body torture.
How can we claim that we are on the right path of progress and development, and this very mania seems touching the Satanic flavor to all of us death and thus deadly torture, just assume and ask those, who go through it.
It is worse than economical crises because the poor people in the west have dependency on drugs with insomnia and other similar problems, while the rich are controlling the sneezing of the black magicians to make science and technology just a black magic in the dark age prevailing for the innocents globally, the crying of the innocents is the joy of the modern black magicians, the scientists and the technologists.
Thus, this is the WWF kind of torture with medicines and drugs is a little or tiny with the artificial and or virtual torture. It seems the DARK AGE in the west with two forces-Medical and Military. One spreads the problem and other solves and we, the people pay for both. Alas, they seem to kill me right now!
